College Grove Athletics Fall Flag Football League

REGISTRATION OPENS: May 22nd

We are an NFL Flag affiliate so the kids will be able to wear some of their favorite team jerseys.

Age Groups

We plan to have 4 age divisions (these will be essentially grade specific): K-1st, 2nd-3rd, 4th-5th and 6th-7th.  When you log in to your account, the age group that your child falls in automatically populates in your "Available Programs." 

The College Grove Flag Football league is co-ed.  Girls and boys play on teams together.  Everyone is evaluated and drafted in the same manner.

Team/League Size

Each team is limited to 8 players.  Once each division is full you will be added to a wait list.  Players will be activated from the wait list as we know the amount of kids that sign up for each age group.

With our field limitations, we are having to max out the league with a total of 160 kids. If an age group doesn’t reach the needed 32 kids per age group, we will not be able to move forward with that age group. We plan to start maxing out each division to 40 kids. Once it’s determined that an age group doesn’t hit the required amount of teams, we will open up that age group to add more teams to age groups that are on a waiting list.

Games will be played in the green space behind field 1 of the College Grove baseball field.

Practices will be held on the same property as baseball. Specific locations and times will be sent out after you have been placed with a team.

Head Coaches

We will need head coaches in each division. If this is something you are interested in, please fill this portion out on the registration when asked if you are interested in being a head coach.

Cost

The price for the season is $110 per player. 

This cost includes an NFL flag performance jersey and the game flags. Each player will need shorts without pockets and a mouthpiece. Once teams are determined, we will send a link out to order team specific shorts, gloves, arm sleeves, etc. that match the teams, which will be optional.

Volunteers

We will need as much help as possible preparing the fields for the games, concessions and coaching.

Games are played on Saturdays and Sundays, with the current plan to start at 1pm, but we may start earlier on Saturdays if possible.

You will have 1 game a week. It is possible that you could play a Saturday or a Sunday on different weeks

Please keep in mind that we have committed to working with College Grove baseball to ensure that NO games will interfere with each sport. So please be confident that your child can play both.
